Notes

• Check in 16:00 pm and departures before 11:00 am.
• Deposit 150€/apartment.
• It doesn´t include daily cleaning.
• It doesn't included cleaning products.
• Cleaning and linen change every 7 days is included.
• Daily cleaning 18€ + VAT.
• Minimum stay:5 days (Peak season). It is not establish a minim stay for medium and low season.

Booking policy

We will charge your credit card at the time of booking.

If we receive cancellations 7 days before the arrival date, we will refund the amount charged as collateral.If this happen later, we will charge only the amount of the first night.

Pet´s Policy

Pets are allowed up to 15 Kgs, with an aditional charge of 15 € a day.

Maximum capacity: 2 pets per apartment.

Cribs

Cribs are at your disposal on request. Charge: 10 €/ stay. You have to submit request of it when you book your stay so as to we check the availability.
